Around 42 percent opted for the 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine, while 58 percent chose the 100hp, 1.5-litre diesel model.
Tier 1 cities (38 percent) have accounted for the greatest demand, though demand in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities weren’t far behind with 30 percent and 32 percent, respectively. The most units were sold in North India (30 percent), followed by West (28 percent), South (27 percent) and East India (15 percent).
The WR-V is priced from Rs 7.78 lakh to Rs 9.00 lakh for the petrol model and from Rs 8.82 lakh to Rs 9.99 lakh for the diesel.
