Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 & 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 is priced at Rs 1.46 crore and Rs 1.49 crore respectively

Porsche India has launched its mid-engine sports car range in the country. Having said that, the 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 & 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 is priced at Rs 1.46 crore and Rs 1.49 crore (all prices, ex-showroom) respectively. 


Talking about the Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0, it is a two-door coupe model. The 718 Boxster GTS 4.0, on the other hand, is a two-door cabriolet. In comparison to the standard models, both Cayman and Boxster GTS get subtle cosmetic updates. Both models come equipped with features like tinted LED headlamps with LED DRLs, 20-inch satin black alloy wheels, larger air intakes, GTS-specific front apron, black front spoiler, and black external airblades.

Inside the cabin of the GTS 4.0 twins, one could access features like a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system, Race-Tex microfiber upholstery for the cockpit, a semi-digital instrument cluster with a 4.6-inch color screen, steering mounted controls, an eight-speaker sound system, GT Sports steering wheel, Sports seat plus, and many more. Other feature highlights include an active damping system, six-piston & four-piston aluminium brake callipers (front and rear), adaptive cylinder management, sports suspension with a ride height lowered by 20mm, tyre pressure management system, powered parking brake, and an adaptive rear spoiler. 


Performance-wise, the Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 & 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 are powered by a 4.0-litre, naturally aspirated, flat-six petrol engine. The motor is capable of generating a top power of 395 bhp and a peak torque of 430 Nm while being mated to a seven-speed PDK automatic gearbox.
