German sportscar maker Porsche has revealed two GTS models in Panamera line-up. The Panamera GTS and GTS Sport Turismo get cosmetic updates and an upgraded power unit.
On the outside, these models get black tailpipes, black trim on the lower part of the rear bumper, GTS badging on the front doors along with black Panamera GTS badges on the rear and 20-inch alloy wheels. The treatment continues inside with black Alcantara upholstery, plus anodized aluminium trim on the dashboard and the centre console.
Powering these cars is a 4.0-litre V8 engine which churns out 453 BHP and 620 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to an 8-speed dual clutch transmission which sends power to all four wheels. The car can do a 0-100 km/h sprint in a claimed 4.1 seconds. The rated top speeds for the GTS and GTS Sport Turismo are 292 km/hr and 289 km/hr respectively.
These models are equipped with an adaptive air suspension which can lower the ride height by 10 mm. Porsche offers an optional colour head-up display, adaptive cruise control and optional rear axle steering with these models. However, the launch of these GTS models in India is still uncertain.
