The Continental GT 535, which was the earlier flagship, will be discontinued.

Royal Enfield discontinued its 535cc Continental GT café racer at the pre-EICMA 2017 engine unveil. The Continental GT 650 will now be the flagship.

The upcoming flagship 650 retains the café racer styling of the 535. Most bits are shared with the 535, however, on the 650, they will be plusher. The engine is a 648cc, air-cooled, SOHC, fuel-injected parallel-twin motor that makes 47hp and 52Nm and is paired to a six-speed gearbox with a slip-assist clutch. ABS is standard as well.

The India launch of the Interceptor and Continental GT 650 are a few months away. In the meantime, RE will launch the Thunderbird 350X and the 500X soon.
