Royal Enfield Meteor 350 will arrive at dealerships from March 2021.

Royal Enfield Meteor 350 has recently been introduced in the European market. The motorcycle will be manufactured in India at the company’s plant in Chennai. It will be exported to Europe as a CBU unit. Furthermore, the bike is scheduled to arrive at the dealerships by March 2021. The all-new Meteor 350 has been launched in Italy at a starting price of EUR 4099 which is approximately Rs 3.65 Lakhs (ex-showroom).

The RE Meteor 350 made its global debut in India last month at a starting price of Rs 1.75 Lakhs (ex-showroom). Furthermore, it has also been launched in Thailand at a base price of THB 1,50,000 which converts to Rs 3.67 Lakhs (ex-showroom).

The India-spec and European-spec Meteor 350 are identical to each other. Design bits include round headlamp, tear-drop shaped fuel tank, turn-indicators, and rear tail-light among others. The main highlight is the ‘Tripper Navigation System’. It is basically a small screen that is located next to the main instrument console. You can easily connect your smartphone to it via Bluetooth. Post which, you can easily use the Royal Enfield mobile application to benefit from turn-by-turn navigation.

Mechanically, the bike draws its power from an all-new 349cc air-oil cooled, single-cylinder engine. The engine features a SOHC set up to keep the vibrations in check. It churns out a maximum power of 20.2 bhp at 6100 rpm and a peak torque of 27 Nm at 4000 rpm while being mated to a 5-speed gearbox. In the European market, the motorcycle will be offered with a standard warranty of 3 years/unlimited kms and 3 years RSA.
