Simple Energy breaks the range limit in Indian electric scooters. Having said that, the company launches its flagship scooter - Simple One with an additional battery pack option. Now, Simple One will offer customers an unparalleled 300+ km range on a single charge. Talking about the price, the scooter along with the advanced additional battery costs Rs 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom). The original variant without the extra battery continues to be offered at Rs 1.09 lakh (ex-showroom). Interested buyers can book the vehicle at a token amount of Rs 1947 via the official website. The deliveries of the scooter will begin from June onwards.
Talking about the additional battery, it will enable the Simple One electric scooter to cross the 300 km mark with a capacity of 1.6 kWh. Furthermore, the scooter will come with an upgraded 8.5 kW motor that is capable of producing 72 Nm torque. Besides that, the Simple One electric scooter offers a real-world range of 203 km. The feature highlights include a huge 30-litre boot, fast charging support, onboard navigation, phone app, call & music control, and many more.
