Suzuki Motorcycles’ Line-Up for Auto Expo Revealed

The new Burgman Street scooter and CKD motorcycle will be on display with 15 other two-wheelers.

The company’s stand in Hall No. 2 at the Auto Expo 2018 will see 17 two-wheelers on display. The bikes that will be shown will include the upcoming Burgman Street scooter, new CKD motorcycles, the company’s Indian line-up, dirt bikes and the GSX-RR –Suzuki’s Ecstar MotoGP race bike.

The company intends to keep its promise of launching two new products for the Indian market. The new Burgman Street, which is a made-for-India premium scooter, will most probably be launched this year. It will possibly share the 125cc motor from the Access 125. But, we could also see it powered by a new 150cc engine, developed specifically for this type of scooter.

A sub-1,000cc big bike, that will be brought here as a CKD, will also be on display. This could either be the V-Strom 650 adventure bike or the GSX-S750 naked sports bike. Apart from its Indian products, other bikes on display will include the Ecstar Moto GP race bike, the GSX-RR, the Gixxer Cup racing model, various motocross variants, the 2018 Suzuki RM-Z450, the 2018 RM-Z250 and 2018 DR-Z70.
