Suzuki Motorcycle Rolls out 5 Millionth Bike from Gurugram Facility

The five millionth unit wheeled out of the Gurugram facility was a BS6 compliant Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.

Suzuki Motorcycle India has rolled out the 5 millionth bike from its Kherki Dhaula facility in Gurugram, Haryana. The five millionth unit was a BS6 compliant Suzuki Gixxer SF 250. Recently, the company had hiked the prices of its three BS6 motorcycles - Gixxer 150, Gixxer 150 SF and Intruder. Currently, it has more than 530 dealerships and ‘Suzuki at your Doorstep’ program, a doorstep sales and after sales service online platform, which was launched on June 1, 2020 has its reach in over 279 cities.

Commenting on the milestone, Mr. Koichiro Hirao, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. said, “This year, Suzuki Motor Corporation celebrates 100-year anniversary. We are thrilled to add another feather to our success story in India by rolling out the 5 millionth Suzuki two wheeler product.
