All these services will be available until December 31, 2023. Customers who require assistance can contact the Tata Motors service team at 1800-209-8282. Tata has established a dedicated team to systematically handle cases. Customers can get towing support at their nearest dealerships. To enhance its on-road resources, Tata Motors has deployed under-wheel lifts, flatbed trucks, and extra-towing vans. The manufacturer is extending the warranty period, free service period, and standard warranty period for cyclone-affected vehicles in Chennai.

Maruti Suzuki India has also announced that it will provide support to customers who are affected by the flood in Chennai and parts of Andhra Pradesh. The company has teamed up with its dealer partners to make various new arrangements at its workshops. Maruti has taken into consideration various measures to support its customers. To provide quick service, the manufacturer has assigned area-specific teams so that they can directly contact and assist distressed customers. The company has increased the inventory of spare parts, trained manpower, and collaborated with insurance firms to speed up the process. It has teamed up with car service providers to offer loaner cars to its customers.
Apart from Maruti and Tata, other manufacturers in India like Volkswagen, Audi, Hyundai, and Mahindra are also providing complimentary services to their customers. Audi is offering free 24*7 roadside assistance services to its customers to give them a bit of relief from their side. Hyundai is offering relief kits like tarpaulin, dry rations, mats, and bedsheets. Volkswagen is also providing service checks for vehicles that are affected by floods.
