Tata Motors' Punch SUV's electric version is anticipated to be on sale in October or November. The firm's fourth EV will be this one. After the Nexon, Tiago, and Tigor EVs, Tata Motors is getting ready to introduce an electric version of its Punch SUV. The new vehicle is anticipated to go on sale in October or November.
The EV has been seen conducting test drives recently. Recently, a report with a variant inventory and the estimated beginning costs for each trim has surfaced.
The e-SUV will be available in four variations, each of which will cost 4.5 lakh extra than the identical ICE trim, according to HT's sister site Live Hindustan, which quoted a v3cars story.
Tata Motors will sell the Punch EV with a 10.2-inch or 12.3-inch infotainment system, according to Live Hindustan. An electric sunroof, a 2-spoke steering wheel, an automatic parking brake, a 360-degree camera, a revamped instrument panel, and other innovations could be included.
The Tiago EV's powertrain, which has a 74 bhp motor and a 19.2 kWh battery pack with a choice of a 61 bhp motor and a 24 kWh battery pack, could serve as the model for this one. The range provided by this powertrain is about 300 km.
When it debuts, Comet (MG) and C3 (Citroen) will be its main rivals.
