There is a newly added vehicle icon in the top left corner of the centre display, it is where the drivers will be able to shift gears in the updated Model S and Model X.

The front centre screen is now a 17-inch landscape display, instead of a 17-inch tall/portrait display. The resolution changes from 1900×1200 to 2200×1300. Apart from the existing 12.3″ driver display above the steering yoke, the manufacturer has added an 8-inch display at the rear for the occupants.
