Toyota Whatsapp Service Launched in India

The digital sales channel is for buying Toyota cars online.

The Coronavirus pandemic has swept across the globe with India also among the worst-hit countries. The business services were disrupted in the country as the government enforced nationwide lockdown restricting the citizens’ movement. The various businesses are getting back on feet after 2 and a half month of severe disruption. In such times, digital medium is becoming the go-to solution for automobile businesses to interact with their customers. Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM) has announced special customer-centric schemes helping the prospective customers in acquiring Toyota vehicles available in the Indian market. New customer friendly initiatives focus on offering flexible EMI options and a Toyota Official Whatsapp. 

The flexible EMI options' purpose is to help the new customers in buying Toyota cars with the option of easy EMI schemes. The Toyota EMI schemes will help the customers in converting the purchase amount into easy EMI of 3/6/9 months. Low-Interest rates are one added advantage plus 100 per cent processing fee waiver is available in some cases.

Keeping in tune with the adoption of digital medium, the company has launched Toyota Official WhatsApp service. It will be helpful for the customers in connecting with the brand for any complaints or product enquiries. The customers and interested citizens can just give a missed call or drop an SMS with ‘Hi’ to the dedicated mobile number. The new WhatsApp service by Toyota will help the customers in their search for new vehicle purchases, Buy/Sell/Exchange existing cars, breakdown service request, service booking requests or even provide feedback on different services offers.  

Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM) is also focused on customer satisfaction with the introduction of ‘Customer Connect’ program. The program will deliver new service packages like Free maintenance service, extended warranty, SMILES pre-paid maintenance package. The Japanese automaker is also employing a completely digital contactless sales channel. The advantages of the channel are that the customer can buy a car online from the comfort of their home. 360-degree product view, quotations and financing options available.
