Triumph Speed 400 Introductory Price of INR 2.23 Lakh to End on December 31; Check New Price

As per Triumph, this introductory cost was earlier only applicable on the first 10,000 units sold.

Triumph Motorcycles India has finally upped the introductory cost of its flagship Speed 400 motorbike. The motorcycle is currently priced at INR 2.23 Lakh (ex-showroom) which was only applicable to the first 10,000 units sold in the market. Furthermore, the bike maker has given an extension over this introductory price till 31st December, 2023. From 1st January, 2024, the motorcycle Triumph Speed 400 will cost INR 2.33 Lakh (ex-showroom). Whereas, the bike Scrambler 400 X will be kept at the same launched price of INR 2.63 Lakh (ex-showroom). 

In more than 50 Triumph World showrooms spread over 40 Indian cities, the Speed 400 is available. Its features include dual-channel ABS, switchable traction control, and ride-by-wire. The instrument cluster comes equipped with an engine immobilizer as standard, a USB-C port, and a sizable analog speedometer with an integrated LCD screen.

A 398.15 cc liquid-cooled motor producing peak output of 39.5 bhp at 8,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 39 Nm at 6,500 rpm powers the Triumph Speed 400. A six-speed gearbox is mated to the single-cylinder engine.

Within the brand's lineup, the Speed 400 is marketed as an entry-level modern classic model. Regarding competitors, it faces off against the Harley-Davidson X440, KTM 390 Duke, Honda CB300R, and it compares favorably to the BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS.
