TVS Apache RTR 200 4V gets a price hike of Rs 1500 alongside new festive season offers

TVS Motor Company has increased the price of Apache RTR 200 4V in the Indian market. Currently, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is sold in two variants namely single-channel ABS and dual-channel ABS. The price increase affects both these variants. Thus the Chennai-based manufacturer has increased the bike price by Rs 1,500. With this price hike, Apache RTR 200 4V single and dual-channel variants price now stands at Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 1.30 lakh  (ex-showroom), India respectively. TVS Apache RTR 200 4V rivals the Honda Hornet 2.0 and Bajaj Pulsar NS200 in its segment. The bike is currently retailed in two colour options Gloss Black & Pearl White.



Further, the price hike was announced along with new festive offers on the RTR 200 4V and other models currently available in the market. Buyers purchasing any variant will get Rs 5,000 Cashback during this festive season. It’s not just the discount, the manufacturer is also offering financial schemes to customers. It is providing low monthly EMI's, flexible repayment schemes and more options to consumers in the country. Additionally, there are two down payment schemes available at Rs 16,999 and Rs 21,999. The two-wheeler automaker is further giving an EMI of Rs 2,999 and a step-up EMI program. An added advantage, buyers need to pay 50 percent less EMI for the starting 3 months plus 10-minute approval for all debit and credit card EMI payments. 



Apache RTR 200 4V comes equipped with SmartXConnect, it provides real-time statistics and riding data. In design, the bike comes with new LED headlamps, redesigned position lamps, new graphics and segment-first Glide through Technology (GTT). Talking about performance, the motorcycle is powered by a BS6 compliant 197.75cc, 4-valve, oil-cooled engine with patented Race Derived O3C. The engine belts out 20 bhp of maximum power @

8500 RPM and 16.8 Nm @ 7500 RPM. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
