TVS Motor Company has also joined the badwagon by providing doorstep service options to its customers. The company has recently initiated a program named ‘Expert on Wheels’ with an aim to provide periodic maintenance service to customers at their doorstep. This particular program is designed to provide doorstep service for scooter and motorcycle maintenance. Being a contactless service, it is available at affordable rates while also involving spare parts. According to one of the dealerships in Ahmednagar, this particular program can be availed at just Rs 399.
You can easily book it via a phone call and get a time slot fixed according to your convenience. It is available at 300 dealerships across the country. Under this program, all the TVS two-wheelers, right from the Apache motorcycle range and XL Super Moped to Jupiter scooter and Star City commuter bike, will be serviced. A customer can easily avail the services according to their convenience if they opt for this program. The company will provide expert technicians who will visit the concerned customer’s house to get the required work done. Furthermore, TVS will be following a strict protocol while getting the vehicles serviced. The body temperature of the technician will be checked before he arrives at your doorstep. Safety measures such as protective gear for the technicians, contact-less service, and online payment will be strictly taken care of.

As per this extension, the free service to the vehicles due between March and April this year will be available till July end. Also, the warranty of the vehicles, which is due to expire between March 1 and April 30, 2020, will be redeemable till July 31, 2020. With the arrival of August, TVS Motors further revised the price list of its BS6 range. Some vehicles received a second price hike, while for some it was the first hike.
