Bajaj Auto is working on updating its entire Pulsar lineup. The two-wheeler giant is all set to launch the 2024 Pulsar 220F in India. Ahead of any official announcement, the units of the new Pulsar have started reaching dealerships across the country. The new Pulsar 220F has received feature and cosmetic updates.
The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar 220F gets two new color options: blue and red. The bike is already available in silver. The new model has new graphics, and ‘220’ is now written on the fairing. The Pulsar 220F continues to come with the same headlamp along with a projector setup and two pilot lamps.
The 2024 model has received the biggest addition in the form of an all-digital instrument cluster, which is also equipped in other latest Pulsar models. As a result, the analog tachometer is missing in the Pulsar 220F. The new cluster displays information such as mobile notification alerts, gear position indicators, distance to empty, instantaneous fuel economy, and average fuel economy and time. In addition, there’s a trip meter, a speedometer, an odometer, and a fuel gauge.

The bike features a new switchgear that is located on the left side to cycle through the information. The instrument cluster features Bluetooth connectivity. While riding the bike, the riders will be able to attend or reject calls. The brand is offering a Bajaj Ride Connect application that would be utilized to connect the bike and mobile phone. There is a USB port for charging mobile devices.
Powering the 2024 Pulsar 220F is the same 220-cc, air-oil-cooled engine. The unit churns out 20 bhp of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 18.55 Nm of peak torque output at 7,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
The Pulsar 220F is one of the highest-selling bikes in the Pulsar lineup. Although Bajaj Auto has introduced the new Pulsar range, the 220F continues to outshine other models. The auto giant discontinued the Pulsar 220F in India in April 2022, after the introduction of the Pulsar 250F. However, Bajaj had to relaunch the bike in February 2023, as it is one of the top models from the company fit for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
