Vespa Electrica Unveiled at 2020 Auto Expo

Piaggio has unveiled its latest scooter offering Vespa Electrica today at the Auto Expo 2020. Vespa Eletrica gets two riding modes: Eco and Power.

The excellent and standardized performance of the Italian scooter is primarily due, is due to a general optimization of all components such as Power Unit, Vehicle Management System and battery pack. Vespa Elettrica has some defining stylistic details like the front shock absorber spring is painted red, as are the decorations on the cover of the Power Unit and the 'Elettrica' nameplate.

The Vespa Eletrica is powered by an electric motor which draws power from a 4.2 kWh Lithium-ion battery producing a maximum power of 4 kWh (5.4 bhp) and develops 200 Nm of peak torque. The scooter provides 2 two riding modes -Eco and Power with the Eco mode's top speed to 30 kmph. The maximum recharge time is 4 hours with a battery range of 100KM. 

There is a space with a removable, folding bag, with a compartment for stationery and power bank to recharge devices.
