Other important launches were Yamaha FZS-Fi Vintage Edition that was introduces at a price tag of Rs 1.09 lakh With Bluetooth connectivity and BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé Black Shadow Edition. 2021 Nissan Kicks was also teased ahead of its global reveal on December 8, 2020. Yamaha FZS-Fi Vintage Edition Launched at Rs 1.09 Lakh With Bluetooth



Yamaha Motor India recently launched the FZS-Fi Vintage Edition at a price of Rs 1.09 lakh (ex-showroom). It is priced at a premium of Rs 5,000 over the standard model. The latest edition comes with Bluetooth connectivity via the “Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X” Application. The new Vintage Edition of the motorcycle is powered by a BS6 compliant 149cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The bike belts out 12.2 bhp of maximum power output and 13.6 Nm of peak torque. Nissan Magnite Launched at a Starting Price of Rs 4.99 Lakh




After much wait, Nissan Magnite was launched in the country at a special introductory price of Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom), India). It is by far the cheapest subcompact SUV in the country undercutting its nearest rival Kia Sonet by almost 1.7 lakh. The SUV comes with 2 petrol engine options - 1.0 naturally aspirated and 1.0-lite turbocharged unit. The former belts out 72 bhp of maximum power output with 96 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. While the turbocharged unit delivers 99 bhp of power output and 160 Nm of torque. BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé Black Shadow Edition Launched at Rs 42.30 Lakhs



BMW brought 2 Series Gran Coupé Black Shadow Edition to the Indian market at a price point of Rs 42.30 (ex-showroom), India. Only 24 units  are available for Indian buyers to purchase from December 7, 2020. The limited-edition coupe is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel engine. This engine belts out 187 bhp of power output and 400 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are taken care by an 8-speed Steptronic sport automatic gearbox. Read Also


Dhoom Star John Abraham Buys BMW S 1000 RR and Honda CBR 1000RR-R




Bollywood Star John Abraham added BMW S 1000 RR and Honda CBR 10000 RR-R to his stunning bike collection. BMW S 1000 RR price starts from Rs 18.50 lakhs (ex-showroom) India while the Honda CBR 1000RR-R has not been launched yet but its bookings are open as of now. The BMW superbike is powered by a 999cc water oil-cooled 4-cylinder 4-stroke in-line engine. This powertrain belts out a stunning 207 bhp of maximum power output  with 113 Nm torque. The transmission duty here is taken care by a constant-mesh 6-speed gearbox with straight cut gears. As for 2020 Honda CBR 1000RR-R Fireblade, it houses the most powerful Honda engine ever made. The superbike is powered by a liquid-cooled 4-stroke 16-valve DOHC inline-4 cylinder engine. The mill reportedly delivers 215 bhp of power and 113 Nm of peak torque. Volvo S60 Revealed for India




This week, Volva India revealed the S60 premium sedan for the Indian market. The launch is slated to take place in the first quarter of 2021 with bookings starting in January, next year. Deliveries are expected to begin in March 2021. It will be powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine. The  sedan will deliver 190 bhp of power output and 300 Nm of peak torque. An 8-speed Geartronic automatic gearbox will take care of transmission duty. Its price will most likely hover around the Rs 45 lakh mark (ex-showroom), India.  Read Also



Actor Kunal Khemu Adds BMW R 1250 GS to His Bike Collection




Bollywood Star Kunal Khemu recently added a BMW R 1250 GS to his bike collection which includes stunning models like the Harley-Davidson Roadster and Ducati Scrambler. BMW R 1250 GS price begins from Rs 20.45 lakhs (ex-showroom). The bike is powered by a 1254cc air liquid-cooled four-stroke flat-twin engine. The engine belts out performance figures of 134 bhp  and 143 Nm torque. Transmission provided here is a constant-mesh 6-speed gearbox with helical gear teeth. Read Also


Hyundai Voluntary Recalls Kona EV SUV in India




Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) has begun the process of a voluntary recall of the Kona EV SUV in India. About 456 units of the fully-electric SUV are being recalled due to a potential issue of a faulty battery system. Vehicles manufactured between 1st of April 2019 to 31st October, 2020 are being recalled without any costs to the owners. The Hyundai Kona EV is powered by a 39.2kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The SUV delivers 135 bhp of maximum power output and 394 Nm of peak torque. The electric vehicle comes equipped with a single-speed reduction gearbox. Read Also


2021 Nissan Kicks Teased; Global Launch on December 8, 2020




Nissan recently released a teaser of the 2021 Kicks on its social media channels. The compact SUV will come upgraded with Nissan's signature V-Motion grille which is larger than the current model. For the global market, 2021 Kicks is expected to house a naturally aspirated 1.6-litre inline-four cylinder engine under its hood. While the transmission offered with the SUV will consist of a CVT gearbox. There is a chance of the latest version of the Kicks arriving in India if Nissan finds success with the recently-launched Magnite subcompact SUV in the country. Read Also
