Nissan and Datsun end-of-the-year discounts and benefits in order to clear stocks before the New Year.

Datsun Go

Up to Rs 27,500

Datsun Go buyers can benefit from discounts of up to 27,500 as part of the company’s offer. The Go is powered by a 68hp, 1.2-litre motor paired to a five-speed manual gearbox. The car rivals the Alto K10 and discounts should help Datsun move more units.

Datsun Redigo

Up to Rs 34,000

Datsun’s December Rush scheme is offering the Redigo with discounts of up to Rs 34,000 (Rs 26,000 for the 800cc powered model). The Redigo competes against the Renault Kwid and the soon-to-be-replaced Hyundai Eon. The Redigo also suffers from cost-cutting like other Datsuns but it is good value for money nonetheless.

Nissan Terrano

Up to Rs 77,000

The Renault Duster’s sibling, the Nissan Terrano uses a 104hp, 1.6-litre petrol or a 1.5-litre diesel in 85hp and 110-hp states of tune. The 110hp variant can either be equipped with a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox. The 85hp model comes with a five-speed manual. Discounts of upto Rs 77,000 are being offered on this compact-SUV.

Nissan Micra

Up to Rs 63,000

Nissan’s discount program is offering up to Rs 63,000 on the Micra and upto Rs 56,000 on the Micra Active. The Micras use the three-cylinder motor which makes 68hp and 77hp in the Micra variants. The Active’s engine is paired to a five-speed gearbox while the other Micra variant gets a CVT automatic gearbox.

Nissan Sunny

Up to Rs 65,000

Nissan’s mid-sized sedan is being offered with year-end discounts of up to Rs 65,000. This sedan can be equipped with either a 99hp, 1.5-litre petrol or an 86hp, 1.5-litre diesel. In terms of competition, it takes on Maruti’s Ciaz and Honda’s City.

Datsun Go+

Up to Rs 29,000

The Go+ is an MPV based on the Go and is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 29,000. The MPV shares its mechanical bits with the Go hatchback, though is lengthier in order to seat up to seven individuals. Being the only sub-four-metre MPV in India, it has no direct rivals.
