The company has added a new top-spec trim to its 3-Series GT line-up in India. The 330i GT M Sport, which is priced at ₹49.40 lakh (ex-showroom, India) is priced at a premium of about ₹80,000 compared to the petrol Luxury Line variant.
The car comes with gloss black-finished grille slats, new 18-inch alloy wheels, tyre sizes are now 225/50 in the front and 255/45 at the rear, M badging and chrome-finished exhaust pipes. You can also pick a metallic Estoril Blue paint finish that’s exclusive to the range.
There’s a new, large heads-up display, a 10.5-inch digital instrument cluster, an M Sport multifunction steering wrapped in leather, M badges on the door sill and headliners finished in grey on the inside.
As far as equipment is concerned, you get all the goodies of the 330i Luxury Line, like BMW’s iDrive with an 8.8-inch display, the navigation system with 3D maps integrated with GPS, BMW Apps, Park Distance Control (PDC) that includes front and rear parking sensors, a reversing camera and smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth, USB and Aux-in. You also get cruise control with a braking function. There are six airbags, ABS with brake assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), side-impact protection, Isofix child seat mounts, run-flat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, an electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensors.
Under the hood is a 1,998cc, four-cylinder, turbo-petrol engine, the same as the 330i Luxury Line, which makes 252hp and 350Nm, and is mated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
