Ford adds more features to EcoSport, prices hiked

All version of the SUV will be fitted with rear parking sensors as standard.

The car now comes with an updated equipment list, especially for the lower variants, and a small bump up in prices. You now get rear parking sensors, speed-sensing auto door locks and a passenger seatbelt reminder as standard fitment on all versions. The Trend version comes with a standard reverse camera as well. And, spare for the base Ambiente version, you get an 8.0-inch infotainment system in all other versions.

You get ambient lighting and the company’s MyKey function only on the top-spec EcoSport Titanium+ variant, which was earlier available on the Titanium trim as well.

There are no changes mechanically, you still get the 99hp, 1.5-litre, three-cylinder Dragon petrol and the 121hp, 1.5-litre, four-cylinder diesel engine.
