The car is set to replace the Eon and the now-discontinued i10.

Hyundai is working on an all-new hatchback which will be positioned under the Grand i10. Spy pictures show that the car could be in its final stages of development. The car has been designed specifically for India. It is known internally as the “Hyundai family design concept”, and since it is in this price bracket, the focus will be on practicality and space.

Naturally, you can expect the car to be loaded with creature comforts since it’s a Hyundai after all.

The spy shots show a 'tall-boy' design with a large glasshouse and decently-sized front and rear doors. The same 1.0-litre Kappa motor will most probably do duty under the hood of this car. Hyundai will show the car at the Auto Expo in 2018 alongside the refreshed i20.
