The car’s styling will be an evolution of the current model.

Rolls-Royce’s next-gen Phantom has been spotted testing in China. The car is built on an all-new aluminium architecture features a refreshed design for the exterior. The Phantom has been spied testing at multiple locations in Europe and North America. This is the first time we’ve had clearer pictures of the interiors. The car's design is more an evolution of the current flagship model than something brand new.

The new Phantom features the familiar suicide door layout and the rear seats are now a bit higher than the front row so passengers can afford a better view out. The new car’s dashboard will maintain its traditional styling with the latest tech subtly incorporated into the design. It will continue to feature analogue instrument clusters as well.

The design of the front bumper is new and features wider air vents that extend further out, and there’s a new full-width grille. At the back, the bumper protrudes less and uses a flushed design from the boot lid to the rear bumper. The tail-lights are more rounded too.

The car could feature one of two engines - a more powerful version of the current car’s 6.75-litre V12 unit or a more powerful version of the 6.6-litre V12 unit that does duty in the new Dawn.
