BMW i4 Electric Sedan: Price & Variant

The first-ever BMW i4 is priced at Rs 69.90 lakhs (ex-showroom). The all-electric sedan comes in a single eDrive40 Sport variant along with M Aerodynamic Kit as an option.

Upfront, the BMW i4 gets a vertically aligned kidney grille equipped with a sensor technology that further supplies the sedan with real-time data. In addition, the electric vehicle features BMW iconic LED headlights, LED daytime driving lights & side indicators, and Bi-LED low & high beams. At the side, the i4 flaunts a long wheelbase with short overhangs, a flowing roofline, and 17-inch aerodynamic wheels 852 bi-color. The rear end boasts of LED rear lights and an automatic tailgate. Furthermore, the BMW i4 is offered in a total of three color options namely Black Sapphire, Skyscraper Grey, and Mineral White.

The cabin of the BMW i4 boasts of fine-wood trim oak-grained open-pored interior trim. The electric sedan gets two upholstery options namely black & beige Sensatec perforated Canberra and black Sensatecperforated Cognac. Talking about the BMW Live Cockpit, it includes features like a 12.3-inch fully-digital instrument cluster, BMW Operating System 8.0 with variable configurable widgets, and a 14.9-inch high-resolution curved display with touch function, iDrive controller, navigation function with a map view, and voice control with a personal assistant. Other feature highlights include wireless Apple Carplay & Android Auto, Harman Kardon surround sound system with 17 speakers, Bluetooth connectivity, keyless start/stop button, park distance control, reversing assistant, parking assistant with lateral parking aid, a rear-view camera integrated into the BMW badge, glass roof with integrated wind deflector, 3-zone automatic AC, ambient lighting, and many more. 


BMW has equipped the i4 with a plethora of safety features. These include airbags, ABS with brake assist & dynamic braking lights, crash sensor, dynamic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, a three-point seat belt for all seats, ISOFIX child seat mounting, and acoustic protection for pedestrians.
