Become a Pro-Seller Business at Droom and manage your all dealerships with one account. Through Droom Pro-Seller Business account any seller who is original equipment manufacturer, multi-location dealer or an organised dealer network can onboard, track and manage entire dealer network through one account.

As a Pro-Seller Business, you can add dealers who already have an account on Droom or invite those who are not yet onboard on Droom.

How to Add a Dealer in the Pro-Seller Business Account?

You can add or send an invite to an auto dealer through Dealer network tab in your Store Manager account. Once you send the request, a dealer who has an account on Droom will get a popup once he logs in, with an option to accept or reject the invitation. Once accepted, he would be associated with the respective Pro-Seller Business account. A seller who does not have an account on Droom, will get an email invite with a unique code, to be onboarded on Droom. The Pro-Seller Business account will have an option to view orders, listings and even remove dealer from their network via dealer network tab.

Features of Pro-Seller Business dashboard in the Store Manager

Below are the details that will be available in Pro-Seller Business dashboard of the Store Manager. These details will give the gist of what’s happening in your business through the associated dealer network. Pro-Seller Business will be able to see the following via dashboard.

1. Total dealers, orders, listings, revenue generated by the entire dealer network
2. Graphical representation of their transactions to see growth over a period of time
3. Refunded, cancelled, disputed, and completed orders against total orders is represented graphically
4. Star performers of the month, based on the number of order received for that month
5. Best selling vehicles, based on the units sold of each MMYT
6. Graphical representation of number of orders received marked, against each quarter, month or week.
7. Associated dealer network, with details like Dealer name, location, number of active listings, orders in statuses like committed, completed and refunded. The will also act as a gateway to view associated dealers’ listings and orders based on each status
8. Option to search associated dealers by location
9. There will also be an option to search associated dealer by handle or business name and view corresponding dealer’s dashboard/home
