Selling Service Fee

Droom is completely performance based marketplace. There are no charges for creating a listing on Droom's online platform, and sellers can upload unlimited listings free. At Droom you only pay when you sell.

Droom charges selling service fee from sellers only after a transaction is successfully completed.

For Pro-Seller (auto dealer and automobile service providers), Droom offers a completely performance based service fee model. That means sellers can use Droom platform as much as they want, but pay only when they sell. Droom Selling Service Fee for a Pro-Seller is a combined fee that includes Take Rate, Listing Conversion fee, Licensing Fee (only on selected categories), and Royalty Fee (only on selected categories). Pro-Sellers pay this fee only on successful sale of any vehicle or automobile service. The 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is also applicable on selling service fee. A Pro-Seller is liable to pay this fee only after completion of the transaction.

For Individual Seller, Droom Selling Service Fee is 2% of the final selling price which is inclusive of the GST. Droom charges the Selling Service Fee only when a transaction is completed. There is no listing fee for sellers. You can upload as many listings as you want.

Take Rate is a fee that pro-sellers pay on successful completion of a transaction. It starts at 1.5% of selling price on successful sale of the vehicles and 12% for automobile services. The take rate may vary depending upon the category.

Listing Conversion Fee is a fee that sellers pay, starting ₹9. It may vary depending upon the category and is applicable only on the transactions which are marked as complete on Droom platform.

Licensing Fee is applicable on the transactions where the sellers are using Droom's platform and services and are selling services like ECO inspection.

Royalty Fee is applicable on the transactions where the sellers are selling their products under the brand of Droom on Droom's platform.
