Seller DMP Policy

Droom Pro-Seller Premium Subscription:

  1. Pro-Seller Premium Subscription - By agreeing to the T&C, you hereby provide consent to Droom to deduct the Pro-seller Premium Subscription Fee along with the applicable taxes as soon as the Life-to-date Marketing support provided to you by Droom exceeds Rs. 50,000.
  2. Subscription Auto-renewal - You also provide consent to Droom to auto-renew the subscription and deduct the Pro-seller Premium Subscription Fee along with the applicable taxes.

These amounts shall be deducted from the weekly Billing and Payments settlement with Droom.

Qualification Criteria:

For any deal to qualify for a discount from Droom, it will have to undergo a Buyer, Seller, Listing and Deal Qualification process. If a submitted deal fails any of these Qualifications, it will stand rejected and Droom will not be liable for any payment to the Dealer.

Listing Qualifications:

  1. Seller Declaration for every listing is mandatory
  2. Every listing should be at least 24/48 hrs old (for 2 wheelers/ 4 wheelers resp.) at the time of deal submission
  3. Full Circle Trust Score should be at least 5
  4. Every listing should have at least 6 images of good quality
  5. Listing should be in active state only
  6. Price Variation from OBV should not be more than 8% (OBV median)
  7. A vehicle cannot be sold more than once within a period of 12 months (for four wheelers) and within 6 months (for bikes/scooters)
  8. Odometer reading limit for Cars is 1,75,000 kms and for 2 Wheelers is 1,25,000 kms
  9. A vehicle can be sold under DCT maximum twice
  10. The vehicle should not have a tampered odometer and should not be a stolen or disputed vehicle

Seller Qualifications:

  1. Seller must accept the Seller DMP Policy to be eligible to participate in DCT
  2. Seller should be Premium Pro-seller to be eligible to participate in DCT
  3. Seller account should be verified, i.e., Seller’s Phone no and Seller’s Email Id should be verified
  4. Seller should have a Minimum of 5 active listings at the time of deal submission
  5. Minimum no. of Seller Ratings is 2
  6. Minimum %age of Positive Reviews is 60%
  7. Minimum Seller Rating Score is 4
  8. Minimum no. of Storefront images is 1
  9. Seller should be a paid pro-seller if total Marketing Support received is greater than or equal to Rs. 50,000
  10. Seller account should not be in suspended status at the time of deal submission
  11. Monthly Maximum no. of allowed deals is 25 (for cars) and 75 (for bikes/scooters)

Buyer Qualifications:

  1. The buyer must verify his phone no., email address (4 wheelers only) and AADHAAR/PAN number from his Droom account
  2. The promotion is valid for first time buyers only i.e. no repeat buyer allowed under DMP/DCT
  3. Buyer should not be a Used vehicle dealer or associated with the used vehicle business directly

Deal Qualifications:

  1. The seller must educate the buyer about Droom and its various offerings
  2. Payment will be processed only after the Vehicle Ownership gets transferred to the buyer and a copy of the New RC is submitted to Droom (or NOC/CC, if applicable)
  3. Original Documents including the Vehicle RC in the right Droom RC format should be sent when the deal is submitted

Selling Service Fee on Cancelled Orders:

If you receive an order from Droom for any of your active listed vehicles and the order gets cancelled because of the seller’s fault, Droom reserves the right to charge the full Selling Service Fee, which includes standard take rate by category and type of seller, Listing conversion fee, Royalty and/or Licensing fees plus applicable taxes. If this happens multiple times, Droom may suspend or disable the seller account permanently.

Fraud:

  1. If the seller is caught cheating Droom, doing fictitious transactions, colluding with the buyer to do transactions or engaging in any other malpractice, Droom reserves the right to stop all payments towards the seller and also suspend the seller's account. Droom also reserves the right to recover damages from the seller and to take appropriate legal action in such a case.
  2. Droom will have full rights to raise debit notes to the sellers account and adjust it against any upcoming payment settlement to recover damages caused due to fraudulent behaviour.
