Droom’s Seller Pushed Coupon Management Platform (SPCMP), it is the most advanced platform to manage all the promotional events in which you participate. We built this self-service and automated platform to remove the manual efforts required to submit all orders for Droom Come True and other promotional events. This easy to use platform ensures that everything, from the deal submission to coupon creation process for the deal, happens automatically.
Starting July 1, 2016, all the deals for promotional events like Droom Come True and others will be accepted using SCPM only. This platform will reward you and you can take the maximum benefit out of this platform if you adhere to the basic sanctity, which Droom maintains in the automobile marketplace.

How It Works?

All listings that are active in your showroom/storefront will be visible to you for deal submission under StoreManager. Read through terms and conditions that are sent to you before submitting a deal. Submit the listings that satisfy the criteria for the deal along with the buyer details and required proofs. Once submitted, verification process happens as usual and then the listing goes through the algorithmic checks as specified in the terms and condition. Once the deal passes the set criteria, coupon will be generated for the deal using our proprietary pricing engine. The coupon generated will be valid of 24 hours from the time of generation, and it will be visible in your StoreManager along with the discount offered. Also, the coupon details will be emailed to you and the buyer involved in the transaction. Complete the transaction, upload the updated RC copy transferred to the name of the buyer and receive payment in the next payment cycle.

Below are the steps for submitting a deal using Seller Pushed Coupon Management Platform:

  1. Login to your StoreManager
  2. On the left Navigation Menu Click on “Deals on Droom”
  3. Under Deals on Droom Click on “Deals for DCT”
  4. Under “Deals for DCT”, click on “Submit a deal”
  5. Fill in the Deal Submission form with all the details
  6. Accept the terms and Condition and Receive payment after RC transfer condition, if applicable, and submit the deal.
  7. On Submitting, the browser will be redirected to the “View Submitted Deals page”.
  8. Here you can monitor the progress of all the deals submitted.
  9. Once a deal is accepted, Coupon code will be generated. The coupon code with the coupon value will appear in your StoreManager. If a deal is rejected, the reason for reject will be shown.
  10. This coupon generated will also be sent to you and the buyer through Email. Once the transaction is complete, you can upload the updated RC copy transferred to the buyer’s name to obtain payment in the next payment cycle.

How to Score High for Droom Coupons and Promotions?

  1. Closer you decide your regular selling price to OBV, better score you get for Droom discounts and promotions.
  2. Your total payout should be reasonable/ significantly lower than the regular selling price which you benchmarked to OBV.
  3. Seller reputation has huge impact on your score for coupon and promotion. Please make sure you are verified as a seller, you have ratings from buyer, your rating score is high, and most of the feedback you receive from buyer is positive.
  4. More listings you create with Eco inspection report, higher score you get for Droom promotion and coupons.
  5. Higher number of pictures you upload, more information you fill in to create listing, you upload videos for your listings, more attractive you will be for Droom coupons and promotions.
  6. Enforce and obtain rating and review from the buyer post transaction.
  7. More frequently you are uploading listings, updating listings, and actively making sure that orders are not cancelled after buyer has paid token amount, more it will go in your favor to score high for Droom coupon and promotions
  8. How many of your listings are selling at Droom platform and in how many days or hours, are linked to your score for Droom coupon and promotions. Listings with more images and video uploads, with ECO inspection report, Regular selling price for the item benchmarked to OBV, offering RTO services, returns and test drive are all the secrets of selling faster at Droom platform.
