Droom Merchandising - Payments

We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any fraudulent activity then please report this to your bank immediately.
If your card is debited and no order has been placed, then please check with your bank/credit card provider as money debited on a failed transaction are rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken may vary from bank to bank and unfortunately, we won't be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates.
Your money will be refunded to you as per Droom’s refund policy.
