Selling Service Fee

Droom offers a completely performance based service fee mode, which means sellers only when they sell. Droom Selling Service Fee is a combined fee that includes Take Rate, Listing Conversion fee, Licensing Fee (only on selected categories), and Royalty Fee (only on selected categories), plus applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). Sellers pay this fee only on successful completion of a transaction. Selling service fee is different for a pro-seller (auto dealer) or an individual seller.

For Individual Seller, Droom Selling Service Fee is 2% (for cars) and 2.5% (for bikes) of the final selling price which is inclusive of the GST. Droom charges the Selling Service Fee only when a transaction is completed.
There is no fee for listing the vehicle on Droom. Sellers (both Pro-sellers and individual sellers) can upload unlimited listings on Droom for free.
Take Rate is a fee, which pro-sellers pay on successful completion of a transaction. It starts at 1.5% of selling price on successful sale of the vehicles and 12% for automobile services. The take rate may vary depending upon the category.
Listing Conversion Fee is a fee that sellers pay after successful conversion of a listings into order. It starts ₹9 and vary depending upon the category. It is applicable only on the transactions which are marked as complete on Droom platform.
Licensing Fee is applicable on the transactions where sellers are using Droom’s platform and services, and selling their services like ECO inspection.
Royalty Fee is applicable on the transactions where the sellers are selling their products under the brand of Droom on Droom's online platform, e.g. helmets, car perfumes, and more.
